Not sure, Eric... Depends on where the ants actually are and what kind of treatment(s) the exterminator performed. Do you know what chemicals he was using?

And actually seeing the ants could be a good thing, you can see the treatment is working.

You definitely want to get the moisture problems fixed, otherwise you could pump a thousand gallons of chemical and you're still going to have a problem.
