Then, of course, you have to find out if it's leaking. Sometimes it isn't a leak, sometimes it's just condensing moisture.

No, they won't develop "resistance" if they use too much dust, I think they just don't want to make the stop....

I would have made the one stop, then told you to assess the situation after two weeks or so. Termidor can work kinda slow, but I tell people that. And the "quarterly" thing is so they can spread the treatments (and the money) out. At least that's what it sounds like.

Ask them to come back and try it with Termidor.
