You probably can't. But it really doesn't sound that bad. Get the roof/skylight fixed before you do anything else. Make sure it's done right, this is important. I see LOTS of skylights that have issues. Then give everything a few weeks to settle down.

A "few" at various times and places is no big deal. If it persists, or gets heavier, and you can't find a nest, get a pro to apply the Termidor/Phantom combination treatment. Don't waste money trying to do something like that yourself, get a good guy. Skip the biggies, get a local, trusted independent to work with. This is a one-time treatment, usually lasts the entire season, sometimes even longer. You don't need a "contract."
