John - Thanks for your reply. From your reply I assume you do not think the Terro bait will take care of the problem. Do you feel we have a nest in the house? Will an outside exterminator treatment take care of any inside. Did not see any today inside (so far) and a couple are baked on the Terro bait but there are still some coming there to eat -- hot and sunny today and it is the south side but I have grandkids chair over it. I took away the KM ant pro as you said not to mix and put a second Terro down for the time being.....still a little scared of the pestacide. How toxic is Termidor? I had a bad reaction to a pestacide once and patch testing since then showed allergy to carba mix which apparently is in pestacides. Once the Termidor is dry does that mean it won't affect me or wash in when we have water intrusion in the basement 1x-2x/year if torrential downpours for a few days - ground and underground water. Have spent much money trying to fix the problem and it is better but was not able to fix it completely. Comes in through the chimney door from underground and mason could not fix it so we had something like 20 ml plastic put down grading away from the house down under a bit but that did not help much and it also comes in the below ground level window/window well. We did put stone around the house and in the window wells. Also it cost a fortune to have the mason fix a crack outside and inside but it still leaks in where the wall meets the floor in that spot. We are at the bottom of a hill and the water runs down like a river. All water goes to the 4 ft x 4 ft sewer pipe pit that houses the sump pump. We were taken when we bought this house -- they took out the sump pump so we did not know about the water and found many other "hiddens" and the former owner died shortly after we bought the house.....probably from the moldy, painted over wood partitions in the basement that got wet any time water came in. We did not have remediation until the paint kind of wore off and we saw the problem and it cost over $30,000 for mold remediation. Our savings and equity loan has been eaten up and can't do much dollar wise at this point. I am retired and ill and hubby doesn't make that much so if you have any suggestions we really could use them. Thnks for your help and letting me vent.

If I can get the money together for an exterminator is the one to call Economy Pest Control? Is there any way at all that the Terro might solve the problem if I put enough of them out maybe around the house or am I just wasting the money and save towards the exterminator.

Thanks again and sorry to bother you but everything has gotten to me at this point.
