SHORT ANSWER: Don't worry about it.

LONG ANSWER: This kind of thing happens occasionally without meaning anything, especially under those conditions you specify. Flying ants can happen once and never again, or they can be "historic" and happen every once in awhile, sometimes every year. Doesn't necessarily mean anything, unless it KEEPS happening.

Relax, and keep your eyes open for this in the future. Keep a log so that you can know, over a period of time, what's going on.
