John - That company doesn't use Termidor anymore - they use Phantom outside now and I think Suspend inside if needed. Other than that they seem to be the best that I could find. The come out and do a free inspection, do not demand a contract. One wanted to come out and do a termite inspection for $150 and I know I don't have termites but he said I wouldn't know unless I had excavation and I told him I did--had a crack fixed by a mason inside and outside down to the bottom of the foundation and he still insisted, another was really rude because I called back with a question I had forgotten to ask. If you think Phantom is OK to use outside let me know as that company seems to be the best of the lot and got many good reviews on "Angies List".
Do you agree with them that the pavement ants do not nest in the house and will disappear with the cold weather?
How long will your baits last indoors before drying up if I put one on the ledge where they are coming in as now they are down on the floor around the washer and dryer and I don't want them in my dryer. If I put the bait on the floor they would have to go past the dryer and washer to the other side of the washer as that is the only place I trust to stay dry in case water should come in...so far we have been dry despite all the rain but with the ground saturated all we need is another rain day to go over the edge.
Thanks much. Not doing well healthwise and need the least toxic at this point.
