Bingo!! Took off the bottom trim of the window and there were a bunch of dead winged ants. After vacuuming them a few winged and unwinged came from the little crevices. Somebody we know gave us a gel ant bait 388B Advance and I lined all the wood. I checked the other frame and there was nothing. My guess to why they were on both was just the attraction of light from the non-infested window. Just a thought-that same area on the house outside gets barely any light which causes a geen mildew to get on the siding which we just pressure washed last weekend. Thanks for your advice and if you think of anything else i would love to hear it...Great Website!!
