Timbor is available (I believe) and is for topical application to the wood itself. Termidor, on the other hand, is supposed to be applied by the professional, and it is applied on or in the ground. In New York, I believe it is only registered for ants, not termites. Naturally, you can probably get any chemical illegally, but this is not advisable. Describe to me the problem you are having, perhaps I can offer you some sound advice.
