Firstly; thanks for your Great site! Ill refer to my friends!
I took your recommendations; Pulled down all the Ivy on outside wall, [that i think helped lead Ants into basement,and into wooden ceiling-beam immediatly inside basement]. hopefully that was cause of infestation. There is no moisture in the basement ceiling where they are nesting..
they are still there tho [the beam in this modular home is 2 boards nailed together. and they found that tiny slit between the boards to forage].
i assume you would now recommend bait to be placed near the dust piles that i see them carry their shavings out too?
