Dig a hole, about a foot and a half deep, about a foot and a half around, fill it with rocks. Let your sump drain into that. That will let the moisture drain into the ground, below where the ants want it. You should do that even if you have NO problems with ants.

You could also try a granular insecticide (not a spray) sprinkled in that same area. Make sure it has ants on the label. If that doesn't work, get a good exterminator. Skip the biggies and you don't need a contract.
