I recently had a leak in my roof just over a bay window. The roofer found ants in the wood and grubs in insulation. He replaced the damaged wood and reshingled. I was still concerned and he came back and lifted a small section of the roof and attached three Maxforce ant bait stations. Should I still be concerned and if so, what should I do?. Also this morning I found two carpenter ansts in the basement.
Many thanks
