They don't swarm INTO the house unless they're coming from underneath a slab. And they're feeding you a line of crap. Termidor IS registered in NY (for ants, for at least a couple of years) so they are either not knowledgeable or they are trying to hoodwink you. Cancel that "contract" and don't take any crap. And NEVER deal with them again. Tell them that if you find they have been on your property, you will prosecute.

Then find a GOOD exterminator that knows what's up.
