Ants in wall, what to do?

Hi there,
Trying not to panic and found your site, thought I'd posta a question and hope for the best!

I recently bought a house, have only lived here a month. We were installing a dryer vent and when drilling the hole, ants came crawling out! Probably 20-25 of them! Of course I immediately started freaking out!

I haven't really had any ants other than what we found when in the wall. I checked the inspection report and nothing was mentioned about any ants.
After looking around, I found sawdust/dark colored looking stuff along around a window in the basement but other than that nothing really.

My question is, what to do now? and how concerned should I be?
