Help! I just visited my parents' home on the Jersey Shore and discovered that tiny red ants are burrowing into one of the window frames. I discovered them when I noticed piles of sawdust and wing pieces(?) forming in the window when operating the windows. The wall does tend to be damp. I also found the dust piles in the basement and in the garage. These ants don't look like the carpenter ant images I've seen on the web. What are they, and what steps should we take to resolve the problem? Thank you!!!
