I'm assuming you don't want to do this yourself... If you do, you (maybe) need to take off the wooden trim, vacuum out whatever ants you find and then (maybe) treat the window frame.

As far as the other "ants" are concerned, an inside/outside treatment with Phantom/Termidor would sure be the best thing for the Jersey shore - it's what we recommend to our shore customers.
