Josh, you need a pro. He needs to do an outside/inside treatment with Termidor/Phantom, would be great while you have things opened up. For something like that I would charge under $200, unless this place were some kind of castle.... And generally lasts the entire season. Both are non-repellant insecticides perfect for this procedure.

If you decide to use an exterminator, I generally tell people to skip the biggies and try for a trusted, local independent, someone with a physical office within your calling area. Try to find a guy that will work without you having to sign a “contract” and will supply service on an as-needed basis. A company that sends out an actual exterminator, not a salesman.
