Your best course of action, as long as the population is low, is to await spring and have a Termidor application to the outside, and an application of Phantom on the inside. For me, that works wonders - usually for the entire season or even more.

In the meantime, you could try the Gourmet ant bait Ispeak of in the posts below. It's a pretty cheap fix, if it works. If it doesn't, you haven't spent a fortune, and it will work on other ants too. The Termidor treatment is the one that really works well.
