Hmmmmm. You need a bulb duster, a good sprayer, some Termidor and some Phantom. All of which cost more than a good exterminator. (You're right, forget the biggies, get a little guy.)

Wait till the spring, have an indoor/outdoor treatment with the Termidor/Phantom and show the exterminator the hollow door you're having a problem with. Forget the borax and honey.

You DON'T need a contract, this is a one-shot deal that usually lasts the whole season, at least. Sometimes more. Cost should be around $200 or so.
