Hi, as a follow up to a post before, I've been catching some twoers, some days even none. So I hold off on dealing with it, since they might just be coming in from the outside. I've learned from this website that this could happen and it might or might not be a nest. So I can wait and see.
But today, I found a pack of ants around 10-15 by sight. Near a slit between the wall (to the backyard) and the floor. I suspecting they might be coming in from that side (either from inside the wall or from outside, since I found some dirt-like stuff there once)
What's disturbing is that on that slit, there was this white waxy looking stuff that looks may be somewhat like lard or wax and smells like cream. We are pretty sure it wasn't there last night.
Is this something probably unrelated, or is this something related to ants?
Thanks again for helping. I learned quite a lot from this website.
