You helped me so much last year and I thought I would ask you another quick question this year. I had a bit of a carpenter ant problem last year and had the house sprayed with termidor and phantom as you suggested. After that I didn't see any except the occasional one outside.
Now last year I had probably seen them in the house since april - this year none til yesterday. I have seen several outside my house- I killed a queen by my air conditioning unit- this last weekend and probably ten or less inside so far since yesterday. Now, I was planning on calling and doing the same thing again as last year, but I thought I'd ask you first. It has been REALLY hot and humid - almost 90 yesterday - and will be all week. I know that is those critters favorite weather. Should I wait until the heat calms down to see if they're still as active (if I'm overreating now?) or just spray and be done with it? I found a very reasonable guy last year so the money isn't really a big deal. I just don't want to see them, but I know even if I spray I might.
