No reason at all to think it's "serious." Actually this treatment is really no big deal. You could try and skip the inside treat with the Phantom, often the outside treatment with Termidor will solve the problem, but sometimes I like to use the one-two punch to be sure. It's normally a once-per-season treatment, most of mine last that long. So, in effect, it's better because you're using less insecticide to solve the problem.

The use of Phantom is the tricky part, and that's why I say to get someone that is experienced using it. Not because it's "dangerous" or anything, but sometimes the products that we use aren't just as simple as 'dump it in and shoot it.'
