Probably the easiest, would be a granular insecticide. Get it from your garden store, you want to check the label to make sure "ants" are on the label. You sprinkle some on your patio, sweep it around to get into the cracks and (after 24 hours) you can VERY LIGHTLY water it in. If you have a dew in the morning, that's enough, you won't need to use any water.
You may have to apply multiple times during the season, it depends on lots of factors. And since it has been ongoing, you may have to re-apply shortly, until activity ceases.
Common problem, after a couple of seasons you'll get to know how much you need. Don't buy more than a year supply, it does have a shelf life. Keep it in an air-tight container and it'll last longer.
