I would sit tight. Take a damp sponge and place it in the DW. Check it later on to see if you attracted any ants.

If it was small, just drying it out could do it. Might not even be a "nest" - maybe just a few ants.

I have seen a small "nest" (under 50 individuals) live between two sill plates and only in the summer, adjacent to a sweating cold water pipe. Something like that a homeowner might never ever see.

You have the Drione, or will soon, so it's really up to you.
