Thank you for providing us with such great information. I commend you on your honesty. I live in a home built in 1927 I have my share of issues. I have a new roof and recently installed central ac. I have carpenter ants working very hard at the entire parimeter of my home. My house is a raised foundation and they seem to be making themselves at home under and around the borders of my entire home. How do I find where the mositure is coming from? I have so many cracks in the foundtation and in the door panel. I have lived in this house for over 10 years and I have never had this problem before. I live in South Florida, where it rains a lot.

Do I need to call a professional or wait it out?
