Hello,

My husband and I live in Southern Ohio, and when we got home from work today we found 20 or so ants by our front door inside the house. Our first reaction, like many, was to grab the can of Raid (exactly like you recommended not to do). When we sprayed the hole they were coming from, the spray rolled right outside. After we sprayed, the ants started pouring out, some came inside and some went outside. The ants were of all sizes and some had wings, approximately 100 in total. The framing doesn't look bad, but we were discussing caulking the bottom areas and repainting to freshen things up - but this was before we saw the ants. Prior to today, we have only seen one or two wandering throughout the house. Do you think we need to do anything else, or are we OK to just close up the openings?

Thanks,
Barb
