I see you also sent me an email regarding this. I'd rather answer here, so other people will have the benefit of the questions and answers.
First of all, resist putting bleach in your dishwasher, it can have a deleterious effect on the rubber (and other soft) parts of your DW. In spite of the "it worked," mostly it doesn't. And you can't count on it either.
Most of the OTC pesticides are repellents, which means you can often trap the insects inside, so you encounter even more, looking for a way out or around.
For now, discontinue any control efforts, by you or anyone else. Remember that rain can affect these little critters, and the amount(s) you have seen are really not much to worry about. People with real problems can see hundreds, every day...
The "sawdust" you spoke about, clean it up, mark the date, and check again in a few weeks or so, to see what gives.
This sawdust you clean up, examine it closely, under a strong light. Carpenter ant frass will generally contain the discarded body parts of dead ants, a sure sign there is some kind of a nest in there somewhere. DO NOT "SPRAY" THE AREA WITH ANYTHING!
P.S. What city are you in?
