I spoke to my husband and he said that the ants can't be hiding in behind the trim of the window b/c it is all spray foamed and caulked.
I have noticed a couple of ants in my son's room which is across the hall from my daughter's room and in the hallway. Majority of the ants found are in her room. Do you think they are coming from the vents?
It is really driving me insane. My husband noticed that our casement window when closed has a very minor gap that he thinks the ants might be entering from. Do you think the ants are just coming in from outside and there isn't a nest? If so, the ones that I find in the hall and my son's room are just the ones that had time to travel from my daughter's room before I find them.
At this point, I have no idea if I can find a nest if it exists in my home.
Again, any insight you can provide is GREATLY appreciated!
