I had landscaper put an application of weed and big killer on the lawn and 'biggie' to spray entire perimeter of my house, even th deck. Still I saw them on the deck. They were only under the umbrella holder which I think the only place that was not spray. I will ask the landscaper to put some bug killer on the two mulched area on the front of my house. I heard they love snow, too! I wonder if my neighbor have them too, just that they did not notice them. I am a rapid housekeeper, ha. And my window sills are white and so is most part or the my house. Thus it is not hard to spot them. I know, I know they are harmless, but I really don't like the in my house. Especially thinking of if they might bring in more friends, relatives, etc. I think Terminix consider them as ' occational' invaders and will treat them too. I am not sure if they will spray bifen, ha? What do you think? On another note, is it normal to see spiders (not many) in the finished basement. Not many, I saw couple of small ones and once in while will see a bigger one (small darker brown color). Terminix told me it is normal in spring and summer. I don't see them in winter, thank God! Look forward to hearing from you. Oh, if I decide to fire the biggie, do you have a good exterminator to recommend in MA. I live 20 mins outside of Boston(South part).

Ciao, J
