OOPS! Sorry for the delay, we had some server problems here and the board was locked up until I fixed it.
Yes, you can of course do it yourself. Pick up one of those cheap plastic garden sprayers at Home Depot and use that. Get the one gallon size, they’re less than 20 bucks.
Sure spray it on the floors, but concrete is not a surface that insecticides love. Won’t hurt anything, but some of that chem will get tied up in the matrix of the substrate. Same with concrete or cinder block. You can walk on it after it has dried, no problem, bare feet too.. Just don’t lick the concrete. Well, you can lick a LITTLE, but take it easy....
Yes, I know about the inside spraying... And I know it’s on the label not to do that, but it’s not for safety reasons. The reason is GREED. To explain: the company that sells it is a drug company(BASF) as most insecticides are manufactured by drug companies. There is a very close resemblance between drugs and insecticides, and you KNOW how those drug companies are...
The actual reason the didn’t register Termidor for inside, is because they already HAVE an insecticide (for ants) for the INSIDE - Phantom. And you don’t think they’re going to flush one down the tubes when they’ve already spent the money for it, do you? Of course not! So they make us buy TWO chems, for the same target. And we thought that the dangerous crook drug dealers were on street corners! (I guess you can tell that I hold the drug/insecticide purveyors in high regard, huh?)
I know that many people (even exterminators) use the stuff on the inside too. There’s a BIG fine for that, so a smart exterminator wouldn’t do that. But it’s no more toxic or dangerous than any other chem. Just don’t drink any - you’ll be fine.
