Got your email, but I prefer to answer here, where every visitor can get ideas on their own problems.
FORGET Orkin and their drill-out-every-wall scam. That's just a make-work project. I've been in business for over 45 years and I've NEVER drilled out walls like that. Occasionally next to a window frame, but never more than a couple of holes. Orkin has great salesmen - but remember, that's all they are...
Start with a perimeter spray with Termidor. And then wait a couple of weeks and see what gives. Get a local guy, one that's used to working with Termidor, not one that gives you answers like in the post above this.
This perimeter spray is (essentially) a one shot deal. Of the ones I've done, it (mostly) lasts the entire season. Sometimes more. Besides, you could search for that nest (if there is one) and never find it. Even after ripping out all that stuff you mentioned. Termidor is designed so they take it back to the nest (unknowingly) and it acts like a domino effect.
Get a good guy, forget the biggies, they're only interested in parting you with your money more than anything else.
LOVE Columbus, every time I'm there I hit City BBQ!
