Well, if they are swarming inside, they must have some sort of satellite nest on the inside. (It could be somewhere you can't easily get to.)

Before you do anything, I would wait it out a bit. You might just have the tail end. Give it a few weeks and see what pops up.

If it continues, a perimeter spray of Termidor could easily end that, so give it some time.

And as far as "sealing," they can ALWAYS get in somewhere... Lots of holes in every house, no matter how tight.
