I try to make people hang on. Termidor is SUPPOSED to work slowly. The idea is to allow affected ants to get back into the nest and co-mingle with their compatriots. If it acts too quickly, it kills before the proper effects. If you double or triple up on titration, it kills faster - not the result you want. Most pesticides are built and tested for specific titrations, and work best at those levels.

Techs make the same mistakes as people - "more is better" - it ain't!

Phantom is even "worse" - experienced techs (with Pantom) get the best results from LOWER titrations than even the label depicts. Hopefully, your tech understands that concept. If he doesn't now, he will soon....
