Carpenter Ants newly found when its sub-zero out

I found carpenter ants in my house last week after turning the heat up after being gone for a week. I had my shower regrouted late fall after noticing the base boards around it swollen. The ants are coming in and out from the a baseboard near there.
There is fiberglass insulation below the floor and the level below has a sheet rock ceiling.
Suggestions on treating the situation.
