No. It's either just a fluke or you have them nesting inside the seal or possibly the door. Don't forget, in modern refrigerators, there's a heating strip around the sides of the door, on the outside, to contend with moisture on the door.

While it's possible to have them nesting inside the door (anything's possible) it really isn' probable.

Inspect the door seal closely, if you don't find anything, and it doesn't keep happening, I wouldn't worry about it.
