Roybyn, there probably not a whole lot of exterminators that will tell you this, but you probably won't need one anyway.

Get the repairs done first. Make sure you have a shop-vac at the ready, you might need it. NO SPRAYS, NO BOMBS! Just suck them all up and fix the reason they were there. Usually. you'll see what the reason is. They will take advantage of any building anomaly, and flaw, any tiny leak. If you do all that, successfully, you'll end the problem without the use of any insecticides.
