Sometimes a perimeter treatment will fix something like that, if it doesn't, they'll come back. Caulk is cheaper than that, a perimeter treatment goes for at least $200, more depending on the Co, unless you DIY. In that case, the smallest amt of Termidor is around $85, and that a LOT more than you need.
