The baits, when they are working, always take at least a few days to work. And, naturally, you'll see much more activity for "a while." You should keep the bait available double the length of time as you saw activity, and keep them if they're not empty, you can use it again.
If you have the Termidor treatment done again, have the guy concentrate on that part of the house. Ask him to hit the windows & frames, he is allowed to do that. These guys are not well paid, so slipping him a ten (or something) will help your cause. Sticking with the little guys that haven't had that BigCompany indoctrination will no doubt help your cause. Think about a repeat on the perimeter after the grass and trees come out, when the ants are out foraging.
