I guess my biggest worry is that the ants are chewing on my home, and I'm creeped out by the fact that they're living behind my wood siding. But, that doesn't sound like a problem to you? I guess I've fallen for the scare tactics because everyone I've spoken to goes, "Uh oh, carpenter ants... Better take care of those ASAP."
Do you think a two-week wait will cause them to just up and move out of my wood siding?
Here in Michgan the weather just really turned from cold spring (it snowed last weekend) to hot summer (84 degrees today... How's that for a temperature swing?). It has been hot and dry the last few days, but there is a chance of thunderstorms pretty much every day for the next several days. Is that the change in weather we're talking, here?
