We are looking into applying the Termidor (Termidor SC) ourselves. I was doing some reading and it say to apply one foot up and one foot out from the foundation of the home. Can we (should we?) use it as a spot treatment where we see nest entry points, or should we buy the foam for that? Do we need to do any trenching? Finally, can I spray it on the fence post where I see them trailing most often? I'm just afraid that if I only treat the foundation that it won't be effective as the ones I have watched are ALWAYS going from the nest to the fence post and using that to get to where they need to go.
