Hmmmm. I still suspect the window... And I have seen many that "looked fine" but turned out not to be. And, of course, many that looked fine that were fine! Sometimes you have to dig deeper, and my suspicions are always on the ones that "look fine" but may not be.

Your tech can (is allowed) to spray (with Termidor) the outside windows, so he should have done that. The swarming happens anyway, it is NOT the result of treatments, it just happens. Use your vacuum.

And a termidor perimeter spray can take a bit to work. It'll still be working months later. At any rate, see what your tech says. He should know the best, after all, he's the man at the workface. Don't "confront" him, give him a chance to hear out what he says.
