"Should the termidor be reapplied after such heavy rainfall?" NO! I know you had rain up there, but you'd need a FLOOD to negate a Termidor treatment. Besides, it takes awhile to take effect, your tech should have stressed that, I always do.

Might take up to a month to take effect - though normally much less than that. Besides, the way you describe your problem, sound to me that you just have a few foragers, NBD. It's only a Big Deal when you have LOTS - every day, no matter the weather, mostly in the same areas. RELAX!
