Doesn't sound like any insect issue I have ever had - in some 45 years in this industry.

I think you have to aim at the material used - and/or the building practices used in construction. A flat roof is inherently bad, and, over time, your roof, if flat, may give you problems.

Get another expert "TG guy," they shy away from blaming themselves, I have seen fantastic amounts paid out after they have shipped inferior products.

With NO SIGNS of insects, I doubt you have an insect problem.

Your IP says you're out in Kansas, maybe near Wichita? If so, after all that time in place, there won't be any insect larva in the wood that would give you a problem.

Keep in touch, I want to know too!
