Maybe. If everything goes right. You say you "fixed" the moisture problem, and, if you did, you'll have a whole lot less to worry about.

Make sure that the damaged areas were replaced with some material that won't suffer under any resurgent water problems, or something else that you haven't figured on.

So a good move would be to WATCH, carefully, the same area(s) for at least a season or two, to make sure.

Those columns are probably hollow, and ants will find that a nice place to inhabit. Make sure the columns (if hollow) have vents at the bottom and the top of the columns. Get them at any hardware store.

Water does more damage to wood than ants ever could. But it's the moisture BRINGS the ants, that's why they think the ants "did it!"
