If you don't have one, you'll probably do better by using a local guy, skip the biggies, they usually have to pay a salesman, making the cost decidedly more.
You could also do it yourself, for a bit cheaper. The chemical cost, for the least amount of Termidor, will be about $80 or so. You'll need a sprayer (get a one gallon sprayer) at Wal-Mart or something, cost of about $15-$20 and don't use it for anything else.
The Termidor treatment is a once-per-season thing, best applied when you start seeing the CAs in the spring.

And don't worry about the ants or the treatment!
