I don't remember the chemical name, but it not sound like Termidor (isn't this used for termites?). I will ask my wife if she remembers.
This was the salesman, not the technician.

The only thing is there is a lot of loose dirt in the french drain.
I guess I don't have to be in a absolute hurry if this will not cause any structural issues.
