No specific names. They change so often... Probably start with a roofer, definitely get several FREE estimates, tell him your "issues" with that area, including your past problems with the ants, so he knows that there's a chance he might encounter them.

If he does encounter them, you want him to have a shop-vac ready, and that non-chemical actions (inside) is exactly how you want it performed. So, basically, no chemicals and only use a good shop-vac.

You need to find out (or he does) if you have some kind of construction anomaly, that might aggravate or encourage your ant problems. I see a lot of failures with flashings, especially too-small flashings, especially as a house ages. I guess, like we all do, if we're lucky...
