On the windows, look on the inside first. It's easier and if they're in the window frame structure, you should see it.

Take a few samples and see if they can ID the ants. Make sure they know what they're talking about, don't count on the guys at Home Depot... Like my neighbor down the street that said his exterminator IDed his ant sample as "ants." lol
