Sorry, Adam, I was camping for the past few days and my battery ran out on the computer and my charger was at (naturally) home...
Hopefully, you'll come back and get your answer(s) - usually I'm here most of the time, I don't miss much.
Actually, your complaint/question/whatever is very common. This industry is rife with bad actors, exterminators can rely on confusing you with industry jargon, fast talk, fuzzy thinking, scare tactics or all of the above.
Fortunately, in your case, I doubt you have anything to worry about. I often say to customers with your same problem, that if they could ride around with me for 4-5 days, they would go home and laugh at their own "problem."
A problem means a LOT of CAs. And I mean LOTS! And when (or if) that happens, gulp down your panic, disregard the ants for the moment and see where they're coming from and what's going on. All the while getting out the shop vac to take care of those suckers...
The watchword is "panic" - it turns the best of us into unthinking idiots. So never panic.
Again, sorry for the delay, hope this helps. If not, get back to me.
