It might... Termidor is a non-repellent, so they don't attempt to avoid it. They contact it, then contact their friends and relatives, it can often be a domino effect, even to ants at some distance away from the application area. And it isn't a toxicity concern either. And it's an "all-outside" treatment, so it isn't as invasive as other insecticides. Finally, it CAN work for the entire season, sometimes. If all those things come together, it can be the cheapest and most effective treatment.
