Hi John - How are you? I really hope you can assist us with our issue. We live in a three family house on the second floor. I thought I heard mice running above me, but my husband confirmed it of being squirrels. We're baffled - our third floor tenant has not heard or seen the squirrels. Itís very possible that they are between our 2nd floor ceiling and the third floor. We noticed four entry points at the top of our house. The company that did some work for us last summer came back and sealed off the entry points. They confirmed with us that they saw two squirrels exiting, but guess what - one was left inside - now we hear him in the walls. I notified the company immediately to unseal the entry point. Should I have them unseal one or go back to the original state which was four?

We are in desire need of immediate assistance. I've read a few pointers on trapping them in a 1040 and using vanilla favor as bait. We're not quiet sure were to place the 1040. How can we trap these critters?

I thank you in advance and look forward to hearing from you soon.

Regards,

Lovelytee
